Teller

As a Teller, you will provide excellent customer service, accurately process transactions, and ensure a positive customer experience.To be successful as a Teller, you must have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also have basic math and computer skills, as well as be able to follow instructions accurately. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Previous experience in a banking or retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities: • Provide a positive customer experience through friendly and attentive service • Accurately process customer transactions • Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues • Count and process cash, checks, and other forms of payment • Adhere to banking regulations and policies • Balance and reconcile cash drawers • Maintain customer confidentiality • Cross-sell bank products and services • Follow instructions accurately • Follow safety protocols and procedures
