Responsibilities: • Greet customers when they arrive and assist with their inquiries • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other services • Balance cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies • Provide customers with product and service information • Cross-sell bank products and services to existing and potential customers • Maintain customer records and accounts • Handle customer complaints in a professional manner • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes • Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
