Responsibilities:

1. Greet and serve customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
2. Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, and other banking transactions.
3. Answer customer inquiries and resolve problems in an efficient and timely manner.
4. Cross-sell bank products and services.
5. Balance and maintain cash drawer daily.
6. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.
7. Maintain customer confidentiality.
8. Keep up-to-date on bank products and services.
9. Maintain a neat and organized work area.
10. Other duties as assigned.
