Technology Manager

This Manager will lead a high-performing team the Intraday Liquidity Monitoring (ILM) applications in support of Federal regulatory mandates SR 14-1 and Reg-YY/Dodd-Frank to meet numerous critical deliverables. ILM work is critical to meeting current regulatory mandates and recovery resolution planning objectives. Ensure projects impacting the technology stack are properly scoped and executed to meet business objectives while making sure all projects are on target and on budget usually within very aggressive time frames. Collaborate with internal business and technical partner teams to improve effectiveness of delivery and reduce/eliminate inefficiencies. Optimize development, testing/verification, and development processes for the delivery team. Maintain strong risk and security compliance for the application portfolio. Develop team members through individual development plans; identify skills and competencies for development (or leveraging strengths).
