Technology Director

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced and driven Technology Director to join our team and lead our technology initiatives. As the Technology Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing technology strategies in line with Wells Fargo’s overall objectives and mission. You will need to be able to think critically and be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of experience in a technology-focused role. You should have strong knowledge of software development and IT infrastructure as well as demonstrated experience in leading large-scale technology projects. 5. Monitor progress and drive results to ensure project goals are met.
6. Analyze trends and identify areas for improvement in technology processes and systems.
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the use of technology.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
9. Collaborate with other departments to identify areas of opportunity and implement solutions.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of technologies.
