Talent Insights & Intelligence Lead Consultant

As Wells Fargo's Talent Insights & Intelligence Lead Consultant, you'll be responsible for driving the development of a comprehensive talent intelligence strategy and creating actionable insights to inform our talent acquisition, management, and development decisions. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. If you have a passion for transforming the way organizations make decisions and creating value through data-driven insights, this is the job for you!To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. computer science, mathematics, statistics, or economics) and 5+ years of experience working in HR analytics. Exceptional analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView are also essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience in a consulting environment and be comfortable consulting with senior stakeholders.
