Systems Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Systems Operations Manager to join our team at Wells Fargo. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical, organizational and customer service skills that will enable them to develop and lead a successful systems operations team. The Systems Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our systems infrastructure and customer-facing applications. This role requires an individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and who has the ability to motivate and collaborate with employees across multiple teams.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing systems operations. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience in project management, systems engineering and/or service delivery. They should be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. A successful Systems Operations Manager should also have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including the ability to analyze customer requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs. Finally, the Systems Operations Manager should be customer service-oriented and able to demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service.
