
Senior Workday Recruiting Product Analyst
Wells Fargo is looking for a Senior Workday Recruiting Product Analyst to join our Human Resources Technology team. We’re seeking an experienced and motivated individual who is ready to take on the challenge of driving the successful delivery of Workday Recruiting Services. This person will be an integral part of a team responsible for ensuring Workday Recruiting meets the needs of Wells Fargo's Human Resources business partners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of functional and technical expertise, as well as a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical partners.The successful Senior Workday Recruiting Product Analyst will possess:• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a product analyst, project manager, or other related capacity• A solid understanding of the Workday Recruiting suite of products and services• An understanding of the HR technology landscape, including cloud computing and mobile technologies• Strong organizational, analytical, time management, and problem solving skills• The ability to develop and sustain relationships with business partners and stakeholders• A strong customer service orientation• The ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsIf you have the skills and experience outlined above, we invite you to apply and join our team.
