  9. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and education on investment strategies and financial planning.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in wealth management.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Represent the firm in a professional and ethical manner, adhering to company values and standards.
