Senior Technology Operations Analyst

Wells Fargo is looking for a Senior Technology Operations Analyst to join our Technology Operations team. This individual will be an integral part of our team, providing technology analysis and operations support to our business customers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in technology operations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem solving.To be successful in this role, the Senior Technology Operations Analyst must have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. They must also have a minimum of 5 years of technology operations experience, with a strong understanding of computer systems and networks. Additionally, the successful candidate must have a strong commitment to customer service, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technology analysis and operations support to business customers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in order to maintain system integrity.

• Monitor system performance and conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve potential issues.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for system processes and procedures.

• Work closely with other IT teams to ensure that system requirements are met.

• Train and mentor junior team members in technology operations processes and procedures.

• Monitor and analyze hardware and software trends to determine necessary upgrades.

• Create and implement backup and recovery strategies for system data.

• Provide technical support to end users in resolving system-related issues.

• Develop and maintain system security processes and procedures.

• Maintain current knowledge of the latest technologies and industry trends.
