5. Monitor and analyze test results to ensure quality assurance standards are met.
6. Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
7. Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies, tools, and techniques used in software development lifecycle.
8. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior quality assurance analysts.
9. Train and mentor new team members on best practices and processes.
10. Keep detailed records of test plans and results.
