Senior Securities Operations Representative

7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators for the securities operations team.
8. Create and update documentation for securities operations processes and procedures.
9. Provide training and guidance to junior securities operations staff.
10. Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize securities operations processes.
