We require that the Senior Registered Client Associate have FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses and a thorough knowledge of industry regulations. Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a thorough knowledge of industry regulations and FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
  2. Provide efficient and accurate support to Financial Advisors and their clients.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  4. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Prepare documents and manage client accounts.
  6. Monitor accounts and track client transactions.
  7. Process paperwork related to client accounts and transactions.
  8. Ensure that all applicable regulations and laws are followed.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service.
  10. Troubleshoot issues and resolve client complaints.
