We are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Consultant to join the Wells Fargo team and help us continue to create inspiring learning experiences. This role requires an experienced, organized and creative professional who is passionate about developing and delivering innovative learning solutions for our employees. To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience in designing and delivering impactful learning programs and have an in-depth understanding of instructional design, adult learning theory and instructional technology.
