  1. Develop and implement innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform to drive business success.
  2. Utilize expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform to design and architect complex solutions.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support in technical design and development.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation for all solutions, ensuring they are well-documented and easily maintainable.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the Microsoft Power Platform to continuously improve and enhance solutions.
  7. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  8. Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and any potential roadblocks.
  10. Ensure high-quality coding standards and best practices are followed throughout all development processes.
  11. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
  12. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and continuous learning.

  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Complex Power Platform Projects And Teams.
