Senior Lead Digital Product Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to join the team at Wells Fargo and help drive the success of our digital products. Our ideal candidate is an experienced, high-performing professional with a passion for product development and a proven track record of delivering innovative digital solutions.The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, a deep understanding of product design and development, and an aptitude for problem-solving. He/she will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience managing teams and leading projects to successful completion. The Senior Lead Digital Product Manager must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in digital product management.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, including creating product roadmaps, setting goals and milestones, and overseeing the design and development of digital products.
2. Manage and lead a team of product developers, designers, and engineers to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
3. Analyze user feedback and data to inform product decisions and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
5. Research and evaluate industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation.
6. Create documentation and user guides for new products and features.
7. Monitor project progress and provide timely updates and reporting.
8. Monitor and track product performance, and take corrective actions when necessary.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure successful product delivery.
