Extensive Experience In Healthcare Real Estate Portfolio Management: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Managing Commercial Real Estate Portfolios, With A Focus On Healthcare Properties. This Includes Experience In Both Acquisitions And Dispositions, As Well As Asset Management And Portfolio Optimization.
Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry: A Deep Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry Is Essential For This Role, Including Knowledge Of Current Trends, Regulations, And Market Dynamics.
