Senior Lead Counsel - Capital Markets and Securities

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of domestic and international capital markets and securities regulations, such as the Securities Act of 1933 and 1934 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. This individual will play an integral role in the development of new products, strategies, and initiatives, and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have a JD degree from an accredited law school, 10+ years of experience in capital markets and securities regulatory matters, and a thorough knowledge of federal and state laws related to capital markets and securities. The candidate must also possess sound judgment and the ability to think strategically, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the capacity to effectively collaborate with members of all levels of the organization.
