Wells Fargo is looking for an experienced, talented, and motivated Senior Lead Control Management Officer - Equity Derivatives Trading to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to lead a team of professionals in a fast-paced and innovative environment.In this role, you will be responsible for managing the controls process for Equity Derivatives Trading at Wells Fargo. You will be a key contributor to the control environment, developing and implementing best practice processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and policies. You must be able to analyze complex trading strategies, identify potential risks, and develop mitigating strategies.The ideal candidate for this role is a creative problem solver with a strong background in Equity Derivatives Trading and Controls. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Required Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related discipline* 5+ years' experience in Equity Derivatives Trading* Previous experience in a control environment* Strong knowledge of financial markets and regulatory requirements* Outstanding problem-solving and organizational skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
