- Conduct independent testing of Wells Fargo's technology and operations to identify potential risks and areas for improvement
- Develop testing plans and strategies to effectively assess and evaluate the organization's systems and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for risk mitigation
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with standards and regulations

Extensive Experience In Software Testing: A Senior Independent Testing Specialist At Wells Fargo Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Software Testing, With A Strong Understanding Of Testing Methodologies, Tools, And Techniques.
Expertise In Banking And Financial Services: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Banking And Financial Services Industry, Including Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Risk Management Practices.
