- Monitor and maintain the security and integrity of the HR systems, specifically ServiceNow, at Wells Fargo.
- Use your extensive knowledge and experience with ServiceNow to identify and address any potential vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate various HR processes into ServiceNow.
- Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to ServiceNow.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in HR technology and security to continuously improve and enhance our systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configuration, processes, and procedures.
- Train and educate HR team members on how to use ServiceNow and ensure proper usage of the system.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, to provide updates on system security and integration.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of HR systems.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration with ServiceNow.
- Act as a subject matter expert on HR technology and security, providing guidance and recommendations to the organization.
- Lead and participate in projects related to HR systems, including upgrades, implementations, and integrations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Represent Wells Fargo and the HR department in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hr Servicenow Security And Integration, Including Experience With Hr Modules Such As Employee Self Service, Case Management, Onboarding, And Performance Management.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr Data Privacy Laws And Compliance Regulations, Including Gdpr, Ccpa, And Other Global Data Privacy Laws.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Maintaining Hr Servicenow Security Controls And Protocols, Including User Access Management, Data Encryption, And Secure Data Transfer.
Extensive Experience In Developing And Maintaining Hr Servicenow Integrations With Third-Party Applications And Systems, Such As Payroll, Benefits, And Talent Management Platforms.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Security And Integration Issues In A Timely And Efficient Manner.
