- Serve as the main point of contact for all HR service-related inquiries from employees across the United States.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all employees, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize expert knowledge of HR processes and policies to answer employee questions and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with various HR teams and departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to employees.
- Stay updated on changes and updates to HR processes and policies to accurately and effectively address employee inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all employee interactions and inquiries.
- Identify and escalate complex or sensitive employee issues to the appropriate HR teams for resolution.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve HR service delivery skills and knowledge.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in HR service delivery processes and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing best practices and supporting team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hr Service Delivery, Preferably In A Large Corporate Environment.
Extensive Knowledge Of Us Employment Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
Strong Project Management Skills And The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Priorities Simultaneously.
