Responsibilities:

• Perform fraud and claims investigations and take preventative action to mitigate potential risks • Analyze and interpret complex data to identify fraud and claims related issues • Monitor customer accounts for fraudulent activities and take appropriate measures • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex fraud and claims issues • Adhere to regulatory, organizational, and legal guidelines and requirements when handling fraud and claims operations • Develop and implement fraud and claims prevention strategies for the organization • Assist in the development of training materials and programs to educate internal and external stakeholders on fraud and claims operations • Maintain an ongoing relationship with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to identify any potential fraud or claims related issues • Provide timely and accurate updates to management and other stakeholders on fraud and claims operations
