Job Description

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Fraud & Claims Operations Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of success in fraud and claims operations, and have a passion for customer service. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a customer-focused approach, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers with inquiries related to fraud and claims operations in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Identify and resolve customer issues with efficiency and professionalism.
  3. Monitor and review customer accounts for potential fraud and claims issues.
  4. Maintain knowledge of Wells Fargo fraud and claims processes and procedures.
  5. Manage large volumes of customer data and provide reports as needed.
  6. Maintain a customer-focused approach to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other related software to complete necessary tasks.
  8. Provide timely updates to internal teams regarding customer inquiries.
  9. Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
  10. Adhere to all Wells Fargo policies and procedures.
