Job Description

At Wells Fargo, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality service. We are currently looking for a Senior Fraud & Claims Operations Representative to join our team. This role is a critical part of our operations and requires an individual who can take on a variety of tasks and use their expertise to help prevent, detect, and respond to fraud and claims. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in fraud and claims operations, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and have a strong attention to detail. They will also possess the ability to think critically and analyze data to make recommendations on process improvements. A successful Senior Fraud & Claims Operations Representative will also be able to work independently and within a team environment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor incoming fraud and claims inquiries and investigate potential incidents.
  2. Analyze data to identify trends and patterns related to fraud and claims operations.
  3. Develop and implement processes and procedures for fraud and claims operations.
  4. Establish relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful fraud and claims operations.
  5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure necessary information is collected to make decisions.
  6. Provide support to customers and internal teams during complex fraud and claims cases.
  7. Develop and maintain fraud and claims operations policies and procedures.
  8. Monitor and evaluate existing fraud and claims operations to identify areas of improvement.
  9. Prepare detailed reports and present findings and recommendations to management.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
