At Wells Fargo, we are looking for an experienced Senior Fraud & Claims Operations Representative to join our Fraud & Claims Operations team. This is a vital role within the organization, and we are seeking an individual who is motivated to make a positive impact within our team. The successful candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, knowledge of fraud & claims operations, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams. They should also have a strong customer service focus and be comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of fraud & claims operations experience, a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, and strong communication and organizational skills. They must also have the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions, and be comfortable working with a remote team. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions regarding fraud & claims operations.
  2. Manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve fraud & claims operations.
  4. Monitor customer service metrics and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  6. Identify potential fraud cases and take appropriate action.
  7. Work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  8. Track and report trends in fraud & claims operations.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fraud & claims operations regulations.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors.
