Responsibilities: • Manage the resolution of customer claims and fraud investigations, while ensuring a high level of customer service. • Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to customers with their banking needs. • Investigate and resolve customer disputes and complaints. • Analyze customer accounts and transactions to identify and prevent potential fraud. • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues. • Ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations, policies and procedures. • Perform additional duties as assigned.
