  • Develop and implement automated controls to monitor and assess the effectiveness of financial processes
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of existing financial controls to identify potential gaps and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new automated controls to enhance the overall financial control environment
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and anomalies, and proactively address potential risks and issues
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to financial controls and ensure compliance with all relevant standards
  • Train and educate team members on the use and maintenance of automated controls
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on financial control initiatives and address any concerns or inquiries
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of financial control policies and procedures
  • Generate reports and presentations to senior management on the effectiveness of financial controls and make recommendations for improvements as needed
  • Collaborate with external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support for audits related to financial controls
  • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and enhance financial processes through automation and technology.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Internal Controls, Audit, Or Risk Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Automated Controls And Experience With Relevant Tools And Technologies.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Related To Financial Controls.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Control Weaknesses And Deficiencies.
