Senior Design Research & Strategy Specialist

Wells Fargo is looking for an experienced and talented Senior Design Research & Strategy Specialist to join our innovative Design Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about applying user-centric design principles to create best-in-class digital products and services. The Senior Design Research & Strategy Specialist will be responsible for driving user-centered design research and strategy across Wells Fargo’s digital channels, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital products. In this role, you will partner closely with our Product, Design, and Technology teams to ensure that our digital products meet our customers’ needs and expectations.We are seeking a candidate who has a strong background in user research, strategy, and design, as well as excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will also have a passion for problem-solving, the ability to think and work creatively, and a deep understanding of the customer experience.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field• 5+ years of experience in user research, design strategy, and/or product design• Proven track record of designing successful user experiences• Experience with qualitative and quantitative user research methods• Knowledge of user experience design principles and best practices• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team• Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
