As a Relationship Banker, you’ll be responsible for developing relationships with our customers, understanding their financial goals, and helping them make informed decisions that best fit their needs. You’ll be a trusted advisor, developing customer relationships through a variety of channels and serving as an advocate for our customers.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of experience in a customer service role, and experience in a banking or financial services environment. You’ll also need to have strong problem-solving and communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and great attention to detail. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop relationships with customers by understanding their financial goals and helping them make informed decisions

  8. Stay up to date on banking and financial services regulations
  9. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when dealing with customers
  10. Maintain customer records and provide reports on customer accounts
