
Recruiting Manager - Technology
Regular consult with executive level management and HR Leadership to set talent acquisition strategy, including the development of initiatives that have broad and significant impact. Direct all aspects of talent acquisition strategies, including but not limited to business planning, forecasting, search execution, and business analytics. Consult and collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to understand the existing talent pipeline, talent gaps, and align with overall human capital, diversity and business strategies. Manage and develop a dynamic team of recruiting professionals, providing strategic direction and leadership, ensuring that this team is engaged and performing at the highest of levels. Identify, utilize, and build strong relationships with executive recruiting partners and channels while developing strategies for niche markets. Influence business leaders and create a roadmap to ensure Technology is positioned to attract and hire quality talent in all market areas.
Experience consulting, influencing and partnering with business executives, leadership, human resources partners and peers
6+ years of Recruitment, or equivalent experience
3+ years of Management experience
Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives
