- Build and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals to generate leads and referrals for mortgage loan business.
- Guide clients through the mortgage loan process, including educating them on available loan products, rates, and terms.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments and analysis of clients' financial goals and needs to recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues from clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless and efficient mortgage loan process for clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the mortgage loan market to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all client interactions and loan applications.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the company.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements in the mortgage loan process.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Mortgage Lending Or Sales.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Mortgage Products, Underwriting Guidelines, And Industry Regulations.
