  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide personalized mortgage solutions.
  2. Guide clients through the home buying process, including pre-qualification and loan application.
  3. Educate clients on loan options and assist them in making informed decisions.
  4. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all necessary documentation and financial information.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting and processing to ensure a smooth and efficient loan process.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in mortgage guidelines to provide the most up-to-date information to clients.
  7. Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives set by the company.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Maintain confidentiality of all client information and adhere to all privacy policies.
  10. Continuously strive to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  11. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to achieve team goals.
  13. Attend networking events and build relationships with potential referral sources.
