As a Personal Banker, you’ll be responsible for providing a broad range of services to our customers.To be successful in this role, you must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a comprehensive understanding of financial products and services. You must also have the ability to develop relationships with customers and offer tailored advice to meet their financial needs. Experience in banking or finance, as well as an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, are preferred.

Responsibilities of a Personal Banker:

• Provide excellent customer service while helping customers achieve their financial goals. • Develop relationships with customers and offer tailored advice to meet their financial needs. • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of financial products and services. • Listen to customers to determine their banking needs and goals. • Assist customers with opening, transferring, and closing accounts. • Issue debit cards, checkbooks, and other banking materials. • Educate customers on banking products and services and help them with their inquiries. • Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of customer information. • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. • Assist in resolving customer complaints and disputes. • Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
