  7. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient branch operations.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
  9. Handle and resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Adhere to all security and compliance protocols to ensure the safety of client information and assets.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Banking Or Financial Services, With A Focus On Customer Service And Sales.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Banking Products And Services, Including Loans, Investments, And Insurance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Proficiency In Financial Software Systems And Microsoft Office Suite.
