Job Description

At Wells Fargo, we are looking for a nCino Product Support Analyst to join our team. This position requires a driven, innovative individual who will be responsible for delivering effective support of our nCino products. The ideal candidate will be a knowledgeable and detail-oriented problem solver, with a strong customer service background.The successful applicant should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, as well as a minimum of two years’ experience in a technical support role. Expertise in nCino solutions and a thorough understanding of banking processes is essential. In addition, the candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.We are looking for a highly motivated team player who is eager to develop their technical skills, and take on new challenges. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for nCino products.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.
  3. Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve nCino products.
  4. Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve product issues.
  5. Develop and maintain product support documents and training materials.
  6. Maintain product testing and quality assurance processes.
  7. Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to develop strategies for product improvements.
  8. Keep up-to-date on new product releases and features.
  9. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry standards.
  10. Utilize customer service software to track customer inquiries and prioritize tasks.
