
Learning and Development Facilitator

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop learning and development programs tailored to the needs of Wells Fargo's diverse team.
- Deliver training and development programs in a variety of settings.
- Utilize adult learning principles to ensure maximum impact of educational programs.
- Develop evaluation measures to assess the effectiveness of learning and development programs.
- Leverage technology, such as virtual meeting platforms, to deliver training and development programs.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of training and development initiatives.
- Monitor and track progress of learning and development programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update learning materials.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on learning and development programs.
