- Develop and implement strategies to support and improve trading operations.
- Collaborate with trading teams to identify areas for improvement and streamline processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on trading operations and systems.
- Train and onboard new team members on trading processes and systems.
- Monitor and analyze trading data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and maintain trading systems and tools, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning properly.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members, providing updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance overall trading operations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends, and make recommendations for incorporating them into our processes.
- Identify and assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure their success and growth.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth and efficient trading operations.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize trading processes and procedures.
- Monitor and manage trading budgets and expenses.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations on trading operations and performance.
- Uphold and promote a culture of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork within the trading team.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Business Administration Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Trading, Investment Banking Or Related Financial Services Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Markets And Trading Processes, Including Equities, Fixed Income, And Derivatives.
Proven Experience In Project Management And Implementation Of Trading Initiatives.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Sound Decisions Under Pressure.
