- Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives for Wells Fargo in collaboration with senior leaders.
- Lead and manage strategic planning projects, ensuring timely and successful completion of objectives.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and incorporate diverse perspectives in strategic planning.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
- Communicate and present strategic plans and progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to inform strategic planning.
- Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities that may impact the success of strategic initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization through strategic planning.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to build a strong and capable strategic planning team.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic planning efforts.
- Represent Wells Fargo as a thought leader in strategic planning at industry events and conferences.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Strategic Planning And Consulting, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Executing Complex Strategic Initiatives.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
