7. Monitor trends in selection & assessment and recommend changes to the selection & assessment processes.
8. Establish and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
9. Participate in selection & assessment projects and initiatives.
10. Provide guidance and support to team members on selection & assessment processes and procedures.
