Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Enablement Or Sales Training, Preferably In A Banking Or Financial Services Organization
Strong Understanding Of Sales Processes And Techniques, With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales Results
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Coach Sales Teams
Experience With Project Management And The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team To Execute On Sales Enablement Initiatives
