Job Description

At Wells Fargo, we are looking for a Lead Quantitative Analytics Specialist to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantitative analytics, deep understanding of data mining and statistical analysis, and the ability to lead complex projects and drive actionable insights. To be successful in this role, you will need: • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, computer science, engineering, economics, or similar• 5+ years of relevant work experience in quantitative analytics• Expert knowledge of data mining and statistical analysis techniques• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and statistical software packages• Superior communication and presentation skills• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks• A high degree of professionalism and a strong customer focus
