Job Description

Wells Fargo is looking for an experienced Lead Project Manager to join our team and help drive forward our mission to build a better future for our customers. As Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading multiple complex projects, ensuring successful completion on time and within budget. You will be a key member of the team, providing direction and guidance to other project team members and working with stakeholders to ensure project success.To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have strong problem-solving skills. You must also have a proven track record of managing and successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience leading and managing projects is required.We’re looking for an individual who is both an effective leader and team player who is passionate about delivering successful projects and making a positive impact on our customers’ lives. Responsibilites:

  1. Develop and lead project plans to ensure successful completion of projects on time and within budget.
  2. Provide direction and guidance to project team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Work with stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  4. Utilize problem-solving skills to address project challenges.
  5. Monitor progress of projects to ensure successful completion.
  6. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices for project management.
  7. Ensure project teams have the resources they need to succeed.
  8. Develop and implement strategies and processes for efficient project delivery.
  9. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
  10. Manage project changes and risks.
