Job Description

Wells Fargo is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Lead Project Manager to join our team. We need a dedicated and passionate individual with a strong track record of delivering successful projects. As the Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. You will also manage a team of project managers and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a thorough knowledge of project management methodologies. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a project management role is required. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop project plans and timelines to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  2. Manage a team of project managers and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  3. Monitor project progress and prepare reports to track project progress and budget status.
  4. Identify and resolve project issues and risks.
  5. Implement best practices for project management methodology.
  6. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and any changes.
  7. Ensure compliance with project management standards and procedures.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to improve project performance.
  9. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Provide guidance and support to project managers and team members.
