Job Description

As a Lead Project Manager at Wells Fargo, you will be a part of a highly talented and motivated team of professionals responsible for managing and executing strategic projects. This position requires a leader who can develop and implement effective project plans, coordinate resources, and monitor progress in order to ensure successful delivery of the projects.We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, and at least five years of project management experience. A PMP certification is highly desirable.The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. We are seeking a self-starter who is able to work independently and take ownership of their work. A team-oriented approach and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders are essential to success in this role. Responsibilities:

  7. Ensure consistency with project goals, objectives, and timelines.
  8. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  9. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  10. Facilitate meetings with project stakeholders and manage expectations.
