Job Description

At Wells Fargo, we are looking for an experienced Lead Project Manager to join our team and help us drive successful results for our business. Our ideal candidate is an organized, process-driven individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams of varying sizes. The Lead Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring our projects are completed on time and meet business requirements.To qualify for this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus five years of experience leading projects in a corporate environment. You must also have excellent project management and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and processes. Proficiency with MS Office Suite and project management software such as Microsoft Project is also essential. We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who is able to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion. Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and oversee the successful execution of projects from start to finish
  2. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules and resources as needed
  3. Track project milestones and deliverables
  4. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines
  5. Manage project teams of various sizes and ensure tasks are delegated and executed in a timely manner
  6. Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors
  7. Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts
  8. Report project status and provide regular updates to senior leadership
  9. Leverage project management methodologies, tools, and processes to ensure successful project completion
  10. Ensure projects meet business requirements and adhere to budget and timeline parameters
