Lead Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Lead Project Manager to join the team at Wells Fargo. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for taking on big challenges and delivering on complex projects.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. You should also have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, as well as experience leading and motivating a team. 1. Develop, lead, and motivate a project team in order to execute projects on time and within budget.
2. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
3. Monitor progress of projects, identify potential risks, and adjust plans as needed.
4. Develop and implement project management plans, schedules, and budgets.
5. Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and financial resources.
6. Develop and document project processes and procedures.
7. Report project progress to relevant stakeholders.
8. Utilize project management tools and systems to ensure efficient use of resources and successful completion of projects.
9. Ensure projects adhere to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
10. Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure successful completion of projects.
