Lead Project Manager

Responsibilities: • Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful completion of projects • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams and stakeholders • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets • Monitor and report progress of projects • Identify and manage project risks and issues • Develop project standards, procedures, and best practices • Facilitate meetings and workshops with project teams and stakeholders • Manage and build relationships with vendors and partners • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies • Develop communication plans and materials • Analyze project performance data and develop improvement plans • Provide training and guidance to project team members
