  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of currency transaction regulations and their impact on our products.
  2. Lead and manage a team of product managers to drive strategic initiatives and ensure timely and accurate delivery of currency transaction reporting products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, risk, and technology, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, to stay informed of any changes or updates to currency transaction regulations.
  5. Monitor industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  6. Create and implement product roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needs.
  7. Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
  8. Develop and manage product budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
  9. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging for external communication.
  10. Oversee the product development process, including conducting user acceptance testing and ensuring timely release of new features and enhancements.
  11. Ensure product documentation and training materials are up to date and accessible.
  12. Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  13. Communicate product updates and changes to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  14. Foster a customer-centric mindset within the team and prioritize customer needs in product decisions.
  15. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to support their professional development.
  16. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in regulatory reporting.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Currency Transaction Regulatory Reporting: The Lead Product Manager Must Have Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Currency Transaction Regulatory Reporting Requirements, Including The Bank Secrecy Act (Bsa), Anti-Money Laundering (Aml), And Office Of Foreign Assets Control (Ofac) Regulations.

  • Experience In Managing A Team: The Lead Product Manager Must Have Previous Experience In Managing A Team Of Product Managers And Other Professionals, Providing Guidance, Setting Goals, And Overseeing Their Work To Ensure High-Quality Results.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify Potential Issues And Provide Effective Solutions To Improve The Currency Transaction Regulatory Reporting Process.
