Job Description

At Wells Fargo, we’re looking for a Lead Process Engineer who is passionate about making an impact on the financial services industry. This position requires a candidate who is comfortable taking on a wide range of responsibilities, from leading process engineering projects to mentoring junior engineers. Our ideal candidate will be a problem-solver and have excellent communication, technical, and decision-making skills.The successful candidate must have experience in process engineering, with at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. Knowledge of process optimization and process engineering principles is essential, as is experience in leading engineering projects and working in a team environment.
